License Summary

This page summarizes how themes, images, and branding are licensed on Awetheme. The Terms of Use control if anything conflicts.

1. User-published themes

• You must own or have permission for everything you upload or publish.
• Themes on the marketplace may be downloaded and installed for free as the product allows; you keep rights in your original work subject to that distribution.
• Do not upload infringing, illegal, or unauthorized images or assets.

2. Stock and network images

• Images imported from Unsplash, Pexels, and similar libraries must follow each provider’s license and attribution rules.
• Awetheme shows photographer and provider credit on the new-tab attribution, and keeps a awetheme.com mark.
• Pasted image URLs are your responsibility; credit is shown as a generic web-image notice.

3. Awetheme branding

The Awetheme name, marks, and product UI belong to Awetheme. Site text in theme attribution identifies the creation tool and does not claim rights in third-party photos.
