• Account details such as email, display name, username, password (if you use password sign-in), and optional profile fields (bio, avatar, background).
• Theme content you publish: name, description, tags, colors, images, and related package files stored on our infrastructure (for example object storage).
• Messages you send when contacting support or reporting content.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Product activity tied to your account when signed in (for example likes, follows, downloads, and theme views), used to power marketplace features and abuse prevention.

1.3 Local drafts in your browser

• Theme Creator drafts may stay in your browser’s local storage until you publish or clear them. Those unpublished drafts are not uploaded to our servers by default.

1.4 Cookies and similar technologies

• We use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences (such as locale or theme), and basic service operation.
• We use Google Analytics to understand visits and feature usage. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and collect information including page interactions, browser or device details, and approximate location.
• For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not loaded until they are accepted. Elsewhere, they may load by default. You can reject, change, or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer.
• You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and some features may stop working.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Awetheme (accounts, creator, marketplace, downloads).
• Show public profiles and published themes as you configure them.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when needed to:

• Use service providers that help us host, store, deliver, or operate the product (for example cloud storage or email), under appropriate safeguards
• Use Google Analytics as an analytics service provider, subject to your cookie choices and applicable consent requirements
• Protect Awetheme, our users, or the public against fraud, security threats, or Terms violations
• Integrate optional third-party services you choose (for example stock image providers when you import images—those providers process requests under their own policies)

4. Your choices

• Update profile and account settings in the product where available.
• Delete published themes you own, subject to product controls.
• Request account or personal data deletion by contacting us (see below).
• Accept, reject, or later change analytics cookies through Cookie settings in the website footer.
• Control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

5. Retention and security

• We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
• We apply reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Third-party sites and services

Awetheme may link to or call third-party services (stock photo APIs, browsers, cloud providers, and Google Analytics subject to your cookie choices and applicable consent requirements). Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies before use.

7. International users

We may process and store information in countries where we or our providers operate. By using Awetheme, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.
