Tab colors
Text and background colors for the active tab and inactive tabs.
Tab-related colors include:

| Active tab text | tab_text |
| Inactive tab text | tab_background_text, etc. |
| Inactive tab background | background_tab, etc. |
Inactive tabs may use different colors when the window is focused vs. in the background, or in Incognito mode. If the preview does not show a difference, install in Chrome and check a real window.
