Background alignment & repeat
How the new tab page background image aligns and whether it tiles.
After you set a new tab page background image, you can control how it displays:

| New tab page logo style (monochrome / color) | ntp_logo_alternate |
Note: 0 is colorful, 1 is mono. If the theme includes theme_ntp_background (including fullscreen wallpaper slices), modern Chrome forces the mono logo (usually white)—colorful has no effect on a real install.
When you change these in the creator, the preview on the right updates. Available values may vary slightly by Chrome version—use the creator controls as the source of truth.
